About arenaflex

At arenaflex, we are reimagining how the modern professional presents themselves to the world. In a digital-first era where first impressions are made through screens, the quality and consistency of a professional headshot have never been more important. arenaflex has pioneered a smarter, simpler, and more scalable approach to corporate headshot production. By removing the friction of scheduling photographers, eliminating the awkwardness of awkward AI filters, and bypassing the need for special equipment, arenaflex delivers beautifully cohesive, on-brand portraits through a streamlined remote workflow trusted by some of the most recognized brands in the world.

Our clients include internationally respected organizations across finance, aerospace, and consumer services. From Fortune 500 giants to fast-scaling disruptors, they trust arenaflex to represent their teams with clarity, confidence, and visual consistency. The process is delightfully simple: the user follows a brief tutorial, snaps a quick photo on their phone, and our world-class team of photo editors takes it from there. The result? A polished, studio-quality headshot delivered in as little as three business days, no matter where in the world the employee happens to be.

Behind every great image, there is an even greater team. The customer experience team at arenaflex is the human voice that supports our clients, solves their challenges, and ensures every interaction reflects the same care and craftsmanship found in our final products. If you are energized by meaningful work, international collaboration, and the chance to make a tangible impact at a company where every team member matters, arenaflex wants to hear from you.

Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a dedicated, articulate, and customer-obsessed Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing global team. This is a fully remote, full-time contract opportunity designed specifically for international professionals who are ready to support our predominantly North American client base during standard Eastern Standard Time business hours. The successful candidate will be a key member of the marketing and sales team, serving as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, educating prospective clients about our product, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

If you are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in helping people, who can draft a thoughtful and well-structured email in your sleep, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment, this role is tailor-made for you. The position is ideal for professionals with several years of customer relationship management experience, exceptional written communication skills, and the discipline to work independently while contributing to a tight-knit, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries each business day, primarily through email, with accuracy, warmth, and speed.
  • Draft clear, polished, and well-structured responses to product questions, service inquiries, pricing details, and process explanations.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads, identifying opportunities to guide prospects toward the right product offering and answering their questions confidently.
  • Jump on live calls with clients when needed to better understand their needs, walk them through our process, and provide a personalized customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and photo production, to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring themes to help inform improvements to our service, processes, and communication.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer questions and contribute ideas for FAQ documentation, automated responses, and educational content.
  • Uphold the arenaflex brand voice and service standard in every customer touchpoint, treating each conversation as an opportunity to reinforce trust and loyalty.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, balancing responsiveness with attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Five or more years of full-time professional work experience, ideally in customer service, client success, sales support, or a related field.
  • At least two years of dedicated customer relationship management experience, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that are clear, concise, empathetic, and grammatically precise.
  • Proven project management and time management capabilities, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet, professional home workspace suitable for taking occasional client calls.
  • Availability to work full-time hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time, specifically 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Attributes and Competencies

  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read between the lines, anticipate customer concerns, and respond with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with a knack for identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and surface insights to leadership.
  • A strong sense of accountability and a bias toward action, with a personal commitment to follow-through and results.
  • Excellent organizational habits, including the ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain accurate records.
  • A data-driven mindset, with comfort using metrics, response times, and customer feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve.
  • Sharp attention to detail, particularly in written communication and brand representation.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • A self-starter mentality, with the initiative to identify and solve problems without waiting for direction.
  • A grounded sense of humility paired with a relentless pursuit of excellence.
  • A genuine commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

What We Offer

At arenaflex, we believe that great work happens when talented people are given the freedom, trust, and resources to do their best. Our team is small by design, and that means your contributions are visible, your ideas are heard, and your impact is real from day one. We are intentional about building a culture of mutual respect, curiosity, and shared success, where every team member is treated as a valued partner in our growth.

This role is a full-time, fully remote contractor opportunity open exclusively to international candidates. We offer flexible hours built around a stable 40-hour workweek, the ability to work from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection, and a competitive hourly compensation package. You will work with world-class clients, contribute to high-stakes projects for globally recognized brands, and develop a portfolio of experience that strengthens your career for years to come.

Time Commitment and Contract Structure

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Standard 8-hour shifts aligned with 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Initial 3-month trial period to ensure a strong mutual fit, with the intent to continue long-term for candidates who thrive in the role.
  • Hourly compensation range of $5.00 to $7.00 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Application Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must submit the following materials:

  • A thoughtful, well-written cover letter that introduces who you are, why you are drawn to arenaflex, and what makes you a strong fit for this role.
  • An up-to-date resume or a detailed summary of your relevant professional experience, including your customer service background.
  • Two professional references who can speak to your work ethic, communication skills, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
