Are you a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? arenaflex is actively seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and licensed Customer Service Representative with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license to join our expanding team. This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting customers across more than 40 states. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, solving complex problems, and building long-term customer relationships, arenaflex offers the platform, training, and culture to help you succeed.
For more than a decade, arenaflex has been a trusted name in the insurance industry, representing a dynamic family of related businesses that provide career development opportunities both internally and across multiple brands. Our team members are spread across the country, and our continued growth — having doubled our team in the last 18 months — reflects our commitment to excellence, respect, innovation, and open communication. At arenaflex, we believe that happy employees create happy customers, which is why we prioritize the wellbeing, growth, and success of every team member.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our partnered insurance carriers, assisting customers who have been placed with one of our trusted insurance partners. This is a unique full-time position that combines the energy of a high-volume inbound call center with the flexibility of remote work. You will help policyholders every day by ensuring their insurance needs are met, their policies remain active, and they receive the coverage they require at a competitive price. Performance is recognized and rewarded, and proactive service is at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced, performance-driven call center environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve customer needs quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements, carrier guidelines, and state-specific regulations across dozens of states and many carriers.
- Answer customer questions related to coverages, billing, policy history, and general account inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Use a proactive, needs-based approach to assess each customer's situation and offer services that best fit their needs, creating opportunities for our in-house consultants to upsell, cross-sell, re-shop, and rewrite policies.
- Resolve customer issues, process payments, answer billing questions, and process policy endorsements accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software platforms, insurance products, and operational processes used throughout the organization.
- Maintain high call quality assurance (QA) scores, process adherence, and productivity metrics in alignment with company standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in your resident state is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting, entering, and verifying customer data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and friendly manner.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional remote workspace.
- High energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proactive mindset regarding personal development, with a welcoming attitude toward coaching and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a combined team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience in the non-standard insurance market within a multi-insurance carrier or rater environment.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center setting.
- Ability to multi-task effectively using multiple screens and navigate several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously.
- Experience with named non-owner policies and an understanding of SR-22 and FR-44 state filings.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired.
Skills and Competencies for Success
At arenaflex, we are looking for customer service professionals who bring a unique blend of technical insurance knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a drive to continuously improve. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine desire to help people. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning new systems quickly, and adapting to evolving carrier guidelines. A commitment to maintaining compliance standards, protecting customer information, and delivering service with empathy and integrity is essential.
Career Growth and Development Opportunities
arenaflex is committed to investing in the professional growth of every team member. From day one, you will be set up for success with a comprehensive paid training period, available either on-site or remotely from the comfort of your home. Following your initial training, you will have access to ongoing professional development through our online learning platform, Litmos, which provides regular updates on operations, procedures, and industry best practices. Because arenaflex is part of a larger family of related businesses, you will have unique opportunities to explore career paths internally and across multiple brands, allowing you to build a long-term career rather than simply holding a job.
