Your Role: Customer Representative – Remote Fashion & E-Commerce Support
As a Customer Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline champion for an internationally acclaimed fashion brand, delivering exceptional service to customers across French and Spanish-speaking markets. You’ll handle incoming inquiries via telephone and email, resolving customer demands with empathy, precision, and style. Your mission is to ensure every customer feels valued, heard, and delighted with their brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction Excellence: Receive and manage incoming customer contacts through telephone and email channels, addressing inquiries related to fashion products, e-commerce purchases, and brand experiences with professionalism and warmth.
- Case Documentation and Resolution: Accurately log all call and interaction details into our call management systems, providing timely responses and resolutions within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Product and Service Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of applications, products, and services specific to our fashion brand clients, staying current on features, policies, and updates.
- Customer Profile Management: Understand individual customer profiles and tailor communication styles to match their preferences, purchase history, and engagement patterns.
- SLA Compliance: Consistently meet contractual service level agreements, ensuring quality benchmarks and performance metrics are achieved.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, representing arenaflex and our fashion clients with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authentic enthusiasm for the products and lifestyle we represent.
- Issue Escalation: Take ownership of customer issues from initiation through resolution, escalating complex cases when necessary while ensuring seamless handovers and follow-through.

- Language Mastery: Proficiency or bilingual fluency in both French and Spanish, combined with advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Payment Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with payment method platforms, including troubleshooting transaction issues and processing refunds or adjustments.

- Boutique or Fashion Retail Experience: Previous professional experience in client services within fashion, luxury retail, or boutique environments is highly valued.
