Key Responsibilities

  • Price Change Management: Review, validate, and enter all price change requests submitted by the merchant organization into arenaflex’s retail and arenaflex e‑commerce systems.
  • Discrepancy Detection: Analyze incoming data to spot inconsistencies, flag potential errors, and proactively resolve pricing anomalies before they affect the point‑of‑sale (POS) environment.
  • Promotional Pricing Execution: Accurately configure complex promotional pricing structures, ensuring that discounts, bundles, and clearance events are reflected correctly in the system.
  • Cost Update Coordination: Enter and verify store‑submitted cost changes, maintaining alignment between cost data and pricing logic to protect margin integrity.
  • Collaboration with Finance & AP: Work closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to reopen POS transactions for invoice submission when necessary, guaranteeing smooth financial reconciliation.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate, review, and distribute weekly price change reports, providing insights to merchants, store managers, and senior leadership.
  • Ad‑Hoc Item Maintenance: Support occasional requests for item creation, attribute updates, and data clean‑up across multiple business divisions.
  • Cross‑Division Support: Serve as a flexible resource, stepping into other merchandising or operations teams during peak periods or fiscal year transitions.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, recommend automation enhancements, and contribute to best‑practice documentation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in data entry, pricing administration, or retail operations.
