Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Delivery

  • Promote and sell air travel services, providing personalized recommendations that align with customer needs and corporate policies.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, compute accurate fares, issue refunds, and generate tickets using the native SABRE reservation system.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, delivering clear information on travel options, policies, and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve passenger complaints, including flight cancellations, delays, and service disruptions, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Communicate new regulations, policy updates, and procedural changes to customers in a concise and empathetic manner.

Government & Corporate Affairs Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the Government Affairs Division and the Customer Service team, translating regulatory language into customer‑friendly messaging.
  • Support the development of internal briefings and external communications that reflect arenaflex’s compliance posture.
  • Participate in cross‑departmental meetings to align customer service initiatives with broader corporate affairs strategies.
  • Provide feedback from the front line to inform policy development and operational improvements.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize data‑driven insights to identify trends in customer inquiries and complaints, recommending process enhancements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal audit requirements.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in real‑time problem resolution, minimizing impact on the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and manage high‑volume customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of the SABRE reservation platform; certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory information in plain language.
  • Resourceful problem‑solving mindset, capable of delivering swift resolutions under pressure.
  • Consistent attendance record and a dependable work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working within a government affairs or corporate communications environment.
