Role Summary
This is a five‑month, full‑time (40 hours/week) on‑site position based in Concord, NH 03301, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The role blends data entry, document verification, and administrative coordination. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and internal teams, using critical thinking to flag inconsistencies, resolve ambiguities, and continuously improve data‑handling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Validation & Accuracy: Locate, correct, and report data entry errors; compile, sort, and verify data before entry.
- Source Document Review: Read and interpret plans, applications, and paper files; compare entered data against original documents to detect discrepancies.
- Document Management: Store completed documents in appropriate digital or physical locations; maintain detailed logs of activities and completed work.
- Database Interaction: Download data from web sources and import it into arenaflex’s custom database UI; run queries and searches using Microsoft Access.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to schedule pick‑up and drop‑off of physical documents; ensure timely receipt and delivery of required paperwork.
- Communication & Reporting: Proactively communicate findings to supervisors, co‑workers, and vendors via phone, email, or in‑person; produce clear written summaries for audit trails.
- Process Improvement: Identify redundant actions, suggest workflow enhancements, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and data quality.
- Physical Handling: Lift and transport full banker’s boxes (≈35 lb) as needed for document movement and storage.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience reviewing diverse data and document sources for accuracy before data entry.
- At least 3 years of experience compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, auditing, or verifying information.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, construction plans, and permit applications.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills with a proven track record of identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with at least 3 years of hands‑on use.
- Experience operating Microsoft Teams for shared file collaboration and communication.
- Solid internet browsing skills (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox) with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Ability to run database queries in Microsoft Access for at least 2 years.
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to craft concise, audience‑appropriate messages.
- Physical capability to lift a full banker’s box (≈35 lb) safely.

- Experience specifically reviewing blueprint and permit documentation (highly desired).
