Work Schedule & Location

  • First Shift (Full‑Time): Monday to Friday, 5:15 am – 3:45 pm (flexible 8‑10‑hour days, occasional weekend coverage).
  • Second Shift (Full‑Time): Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 2:00 am (flexible 8‑10‑hour days, occasional weekend coverage).
  • Part‑Time Weekend Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays only, with two options:
    • First Shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
    • Second Shift: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

All shifts are designed to ensure adequate coverage of data entry tasks while providing you with the flexibility to manage personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our data processing pipeline. Your primary duties will include:

  • Accurately transcribing information from captured images, scanned documents, and electronic files into our secure database systems.
  • Maintaining a high level of speed without compromising data integrity, consistently meeting or exceeding established productivity benchmarks.
