Role Overview

arenaflex is expanding its Conversion Improvement team with a brand‑new position: Customer Experience Chatroom Operator. In this role you will be the human touch that bridges the gap between sophisticated AI and authentic customer interaction. When our NLP model is less than 98% confident about a consumer’s intent, you and your teammates will step in, read the message, respond contextually, and accurately categorize the interaction. Your work will directly influence the continuous learning loop of our AI, ensuring ever‑higher accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound chat messages within 30 seconds, using point‑and‑click canned responses for common inquiries.
  • Craft ad‑hoc replies that are relevant, compliant, and tailored to the specific industry vertical (e.g., automobile insurance, health insurance, prescription drug plans).
  • Escalate complex or sensitive conversations to leadership promptly, ensuring seamless hand‑offs.
  • Document emerging FAQs and suggest enhancements to the knowledge base for ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate in response handling, with random audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Achieve a productivity benchmark of 60 replies per hour while preserving quality and compliance.
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects, contributing insights that help refine arenaflex’s AI models and conversational workflows.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a real‑time customer service chat environment.
