Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

- Store Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas—including restrooms, pump islands, and car‑wash facilities—to uphold a spotless, inviting environment.
- Food Service & Safety: Prepare and serve food and hot beverages in compliance with local health regulations, maintain proper sanitation, and ensure all food‑handling certifications are up to date.
- Merchandise Management: Stock shelves, coolers, and display units, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate deliveries to keep the store fully stocked and organized.
- Promotions & Upselling: Actively promote store specials, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers, driving incremental sales and enhancing the guest experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow federal and state regulations for age‑restricted product sales, adhere to arenaflex’s loss‑prevention procedures, and report any incidents promptly.

Essential Functions

- Verify pricing accuracy for delivered goods and ensure proper shelf placement.
- Observe local fuel‑dispensing regulations (where applicable) and operate pumps responsibly.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
Required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Current food‑handling certification where required by local law.
- Minimum age of 18 for California and Oregon locations; 21 for Washington locations and graveyard shifts.
