Position Overview

We are currently hiring motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join arenaflex as Remote Customer Chat Support Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate When Appropriate: Recognize when an issue requires specialized support and route it to the correct team or supervisor promptly, while keeping the customer informed and reassured throughout the process.

Essential Qualifications
