Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will handle inbound and outbound communications from passengers seeking assistance with reservations, ticketing, baggage, flight information, loyalty programs, and general travel inquiries. You will use a variety of digital tools and airline reservation systems to provide accurate, efficient, and courteous support. Working from a dedicated home office setup, you will be an integral part of our 24/7 support operation, ensuring that every traveler receives the help they need, whenever they need it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service across phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
  • Assist passengers with flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, upgrades, and rebooking requests.
  • Address baggage concerns including lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, and guide customers through the claims and tracking process.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, airport procedures, travel policies, loyalty programs, and promotional offers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and follow-through until resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including operations, ticketing, and baggage handling teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
