Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with arenaflex’s overall mission and OKRs.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact, market trends, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, UX design, data analytics, and marketing—to deliver high‑quality product releases on schedule.
  • Serve as the “voice of the product” for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that requirements are understood, validated, and met.
  • Lead the creation of business cases, market analyses, and competitive assessments to justify product investments and guide decision‑making.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: from discovery and hypothesis testing, through design, development, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
  • Utilize quantitative data (A/B testing, analytics, surveys) and qualitative insights (user interviews, usability studies) to inform product decisions and iterate rapidly.
  • Champion a data‑driven culture by fostering open information sharing, encouraging experimentation, and setting clear performance metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and proactively address unforeseen challenges to keep the product team on track.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of arenaflex’s product management processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably with AI‑enabled or data‑intensive consumer‑facing products.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch, demonstrating measurable impact on revenue, engagement, or customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make evidence‑based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of articulating product concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple functional teams to align priorities and achieve shared goals.
  • Hands‑on experience with product discovery techniques such as user research, hypothesis testing, and rapid prototyping.
