Role Overview

As a Part‑Time Data Entry Analyst within arenaflex’s Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing team, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing merchant rebate data across the Canada region. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners, produce performance scorecards, and support ad‑hoc investigations that uncover trends and opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain monthly merchant rebate revenue reports for the Canada market, tracking actual performance against forecasted targets.
  • Develop and update merchant rebate revenue scorecards, highlighting key drivers, variances, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate data normalization and communication across multiple pricing teams to ensure consistency in reporting and analysis.
  • Support external audits by investigating identified issues, coordinating with regional pricing teams, and managing remediation actions.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc data analyses to identify rebate rate shifts, uncover hidden patterns, and generate data‑driven recommendations.
  • Maintain high data integrity by performing rigorous quality checks, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting data lineage.
  • Collaborate with finance, merchant services, and technology partners to streamline data flows and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise formats, using visualizations and narrative storytelling.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, payments industry, or a related finance role.
