Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a meticulous and self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Operator to join our Child Support Payments Processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing both paper‑based and electronic child support payments using our proprietary SDU system. You will work independently while also collaborating with a supportive virtual team, ensuring that every transaction adheres to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meets the high‑quality standards that our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and reconcile child support payment data in the SDU system, handling both paper and electronic submissions.
  • Follow established SOPs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and arenaflex policies.
  • Perform routine quality checks to detect and correct data entry errors before final submission.
  • Maintain accurate logs of processed transactions and generate daily reports for supervisory review.
  • Communicate promptly with internal teams and external stakeholders when discrepancies or exceptions arise.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of data entry workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in regular virtual training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Adhere to strict schedule requirements, including the designated 4:00 am – 12:30 pm ET shift, and be prepared to work overtime or varied hours when business needs dictate.
  • Maintain a secure, private workspace that meets arenaflex’s data protection standards, including a high‑speed internet connection and appropriate equipment.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum of one year of professional data entry experience, preferably within a government, financial, or human services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to type accurately with a 10‑key pad, maintaining a speed of at least 45 wpm with an error rate below 2%.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Windows‑based applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated without direct supervision.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated private workspace that meets security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with child support or other government payment processing systems.

Work Schedule & Environment

All work is performed remotely. The standard shift runs from 4:00 am ET to 12:30 pm ET, Monday through Friday. Candidates must reside in one of the following states to be considered: AL, FL, GA, KS, MO, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, or WV. The role may require occasional overtime or flexible scheduling to meet peak processing periods.
