Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our Farmingdale, New York office for a temporary, hybrid assignment that runs from September through January. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong computer and phone skills, and can commit to working one weekend day each week. As a key member of the arenaxflex customer support team, you will engage with customers across multiple channels—telephone, live chat, and email—to drive sales, protect against fraud, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and effective telephone sales support, guiding customers through product selections and answering inquiries.
  • Manage live‑chat and email interactions, delivering prompt, accurate information that enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Promote and sell extended service protection plans and product installation services for selected merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deliver post‑purchase support, assisting customers who have already bought items with troubleshooting, warranty questions, and service requests.
  • Review online orders for potential fraud, applying arenaflex’s security protocols to safeguard both the company and the consumer.
  • Track, expedite, and coordinate order shipments on a daily basis, ensuring that customers receive their purchases on time.
  • Direct customers to reliable product information resources, including online guides, FAQs, and instructional videos.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge, staying current on new releases and feature updates to effectively communicate benefits.
  • Participate in scheduled product and sales training sessions led by arenaflex’s sales management team.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—logistics, fraud prevention, and technical support—to resolve complex customer issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • No formal degree required; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
  • Entry‑level experience with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
