Our mission‑driven culture empowers employees to make a tangible impact on the health of communities worldwide while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and forward‑thinking work environment.

Why This Role Matters

As arenaflex continues its strategic migration from legacy systems to the next‑generation Beacon‑to‑Link platform, the accuracy and speed of data entry become critical. The Application Administrator you will become is the linchpin that ensures seamless transition of organizations, user accounts, and essential order components. Your work directly supports clinicians, laboratory staff, and ultimately patients, helping to prevent downtime and maintain the continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry of organizations, user credentials, and order information into the new Link system with a target speed of 40+ words per minute while maintaining 99.9% accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the development team to validate migrated data, identify discrepancies, and provide corrective feedback.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for end‑users (doctors, nurses, lab technicians) during the migration, delivering courteous and knowledgeable support.
  • Execute tier‑1 help‑desk triage tasks, including logging incidents, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of migration activities, user setups, and any procedural changes in Word and Excel.
  • Participate in scheduled shift rotations (8 AM‑5 PM, 9 AM‑6 PM, 10 AM‑7 PM, or 11 AM‑8 PM EST) to align with division needs and ensure coverage across time zones.
  • Complete a brief 3‑minute IKM assessment during onboarding to verify typing speed and language proficiency.
  • Adhere to arenasflex’s data security and privacy policies, including confidentiality agreements and mandatory drug testing.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent – foundational education required.
  • Demonstrated typing proficiency of 40+ words per minute with a focus on accuracy.
  • Fluent command of English; bilingual capability in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets and documents.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment for fully remote work.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with healthcare professionals.
  • Basic understanding of help‑desk operations or tier‑1 support experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare, laboratory services, or pharmaceutical data handling.
  • Familiarity with data migration concepts, especially within SaaS or cloud‑based platforms.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) for incident tracking.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data entry to avoid downstream errors.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and courteous interaction with internal teams and external users.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks within shift windows and meet tight migration deadlines.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating web‑based applications and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
