Key Responsibilities

  • Website Navigation Support: Guide customers through the arenaflex website and mobile app, helping them find products, access their accounts, use coupons, or take advantage of current promotions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team leads, fellow chat agents, and other departments at arenaflex to escalate complex issues, share customer feedback, and continuously improve the overall support experience.
