Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients calling about specialty medication orders, providing courteous, empathetic, and accurate assistance.
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and prior authorizations by collaborating with insurance carriers, prescribers, and internal pharmacy teams.
- Enter new prescriptions and refill requests into the pharmacy information system with precision, ensuring all clinical and financial criteria are met before fulfillment.
