  • Provide product recommendations and upsell items that meet customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring displays are attractive.
  • Assist with the food service program, preparing items, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering quick, friendly service.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets, promotional goals, and operational checklists.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and safety briefings.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to scheduled shifts.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Previous retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Push or pull objects with a force of up to 20 pounds using arms.
  • Bend at the waist with occasional twisting for up to one hour per shift.
  • Use hand‑eye coordination to grasp, reach, and manipulate items; occasional ladder use may be required.
