This remote, part‑time position is based out of Tampa, Florida, but the role is primarily field‑oriented, covering the broader Fife Region and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining soft‑drink dispensing equipment, as well as providing exceptional on‑site customer service. The role requires a blend of technical aptitude, physical stamina, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical services and minor refurbishments on beverage dispensing equipment in accordance with arenaflex standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in soda wellspring machines, including electronic, hydraulic, and refrigeration components.
  • Maintain all refrigeration units at optimal operating temperatures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, calibration, and part replacement to minimize downtime.
  • Document service activities accurately in arenaflex’s field service management system, including parts used, labor hours, and customer feedback.

Essential Qualifications
