Your work will directly influence the performance of arenaflex’s Front End (non‑Pharmacy) businesses, helping the company optimize product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies across thousands of private‑label items. Key Responsibilities
- Own Brand Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards that track the performance of arenaflex’s private‑label portfolio.
- Data Recapping & Tracking: Conduct detailed recaps of historical sales, inventory, and profitability metrics, turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Item‑Level Forecasting: Build forward‑looking forecasts for thousands of individual SKUs, incorporating demand patterns, seasonality, and promotional calendars.
- Ad‑Hoc Analysis: Respond to urgent business questions with rapid, data‑driven answers that support strategic decision making.
- Complex Excel Modeling: Design and maintain sophisticated Excel models that leverage advanced formulas, macros, and pivot tables to synthesize large data sets.
- Executive Summaries: Translate complex analytical findings into concise, visually compelling PowerPoint decks for senior leadership.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline data pipelines, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in analytics, data science, financial analysis, assortment planning, retail merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven track record of applying retail merchandising fundamentals, including category management and inventory optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including SUM/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and complex nested formulas.
