Your contributions will directly support our clients’ operational efficiency, helping them make informed decisions and maintain compliance. This is a full‑remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, validate, and enter data from a variety of sources—including electronic files, scanned documents, and hard‑copy forms—ensuring accuracy that exceeds standard request expectations.
  • Perform end‑to‑end document processing tasks such as scanning, indexing, and categorizing, following arenaflex’s internal standards and procedures.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in received documents, flagging issues and collaborating with internal teams or customers to obtain missing information.
  • Maintain a well‑organized digital repository, creating searchable databases that enable quick retrieval and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, answering inquiries, and following up on documentation requests.
  • Support production services for business operations by meeting daily and weekly data entry volume targets while adhering to quality benchmarks.
  • Continuously seek process‑improvement opportunities, suggesting enhancements to workflow, tools, or documentation guidelines.
  • Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies, safeguarding sensitive client information at all times.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration, information management, or related fields are a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering error‑free work in fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative support roles, especially in remote or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS), optical character recognition (OCR) tools, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Experience handling confidential or regulated data, such as financial records, health information, or legal documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and peers.
  • Customer‑service experience, particularly in a B2B context, where you have acted as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret documents, spot inconsistencies, and make logical decisions about data classification.
  • Communication: Clear, courteous written and verbal communication when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage workload to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating cloud‑based collaboration tools, virtual private networks (VPNs), and remote desktop environments.
