Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join the arenaflex team. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of data integrity, ensuring that every piece of member information is captured accurately, securely, and in compliance with industry regulations. Your work will directly support arenaflex’s mission to provide personalized wellness solutions, as precise data is the foundation upon which our analytics, incentives, and health recommendations are built.

Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management Duties

  • Process electronic submissions from members with speed and precision, consistently meeting or exceeding daily quotas.
  • Compare incoming data against source documents, verifying accuracy and confirming that supporting documentation satisfies predefined requirements.
  • Enter, update, and maintain member records in arenaflex’s CRM and data management systems, ensuring that all entries are error‑free.
  • Document any discrepancies, flagging issues for further review while maintaining a clear audit trail.
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s internal data‑privacy policies when handling personal health information.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Provide courteous, timely responses to member inquiries related to data submissions, clarifying requirements and guiding them through the process.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including compliance, member services, and technical support—to resolve data‑related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all written communications, reinforcing arenaflex’s commitment to member wellbeing.

Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration

  • Identify patterns or recurring errors in data submissions and propose process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to elevate overall performance.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support broader organizational goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent – foundational education that supports strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PC operations, including navigation of Windows environments and basic troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to create and manage spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering error‑free work in repetitive tasks.
  • Strong written communication abilities, enabling clear and concise interaction with members and internal stakeholders.
  • Commitment to teamwork, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to support peers in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in data entry, especially within health‑related or insurance environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and data‑entry software.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards and experience handling confidential health information.

Work‑From‑Home Requirements

  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection with at least 10 Mbps upload and download capability.
  • A quiet, private workspace free from distractions, ensuring focus and confidentiality during data handling.
  • Dedicated computer (desktop or laptop) that meets arenaflex’s technical specifications for security and performance.

Compensation & Benefits
