As a Medicare Agent at Affirm Insured, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their Medicare options, helping them find the best fit for their needs. This position is perfect for experienced professionals who are self-motivated and driven to achieve success. Applicants must be licensed in Health for their resident state and will need to obtain additional licenses prior to the start of training. Ideally you should be licensed in at least 10 states. Unlimited Earning Potential: With uncapped commissions, your earning potential knows no bounds. On average, our sales agents earn between $75k-$180k/year full-time $32k-$90k/year part-time, with top performers exceeding $180k. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their healthcare insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Analyze various Medicare plans to find the best fit for each client, and assist with the enrollment process using the appropriate Special Enrollment Period (SEP). Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns about their Medicare coverage. Stay informed about changes in the healthcare industry, including updates to Medicare regulations and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities with support from management. Answer inbound calls to help individuals understand their coverage options and select the right products and services. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and new inquiries. Demonstrate empathy and compassion while assisting individuals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust. Assist with the workflow of applications for Medicare, answering questions related to policies. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, particularly with Medicare. Strong knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Ability to work from home with own equipments with minimal high speed internet Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance. Ability to effectively market and promote insurance products. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Requirements: Health License and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Prior experience in Medicare sales or at least AHIP certification. Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in your state of residence. Licensed in at least 10 states. Experience in healthcare, specifically Medicare, Affordable Care Act, or individual health plans. Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or newer (Apple/Mac, tablets, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible). Webcam for video capabilities. At least 4GB of RAM. High-speed internet via a wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot). Minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and download speed of 10 Mbps. USB headset with noise-canceling microphone (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended).
