Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Premier Service Consultant – Inbound Sales, Customer Care & Technology Solutions to join our Work From Home (WFH) contact center team. In this dual-role sales and service position, you will be the frontline voice of arenaflex, guiding prospective and existing customers through every stage of their journey. Whether you're helping a family set up fiber internet in their new home, walking a small business owner through a plan upgrade, or troubleshooting a connectivity issue, you'll combine consultative selling with empathetic customer support to deliver exceptional experiences and meet monthly performance goals.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a set schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. To qualify, you must currently reside in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin and have a dedicated, quiet home workspace that meets arenaflex's remote work standards.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Premier Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will specialize in customer acquisition, retention, and service optimization. Your consultative approach will help customers feel heard, understood, and confident in the technology choices they make. You'll be entrusted to:

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely match customer needs with the right technology, services, and offers.
  • Process new service requests, including voice, internet, wireless, and connected device activations.
  • Address existing customer needs such as billing inquiries, payment processing, plan changes, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide effective, timely resolutions for a broad range of service, billing, and network-related issues.
  • Deliver personalized recommendations that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term customer value.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  • Cross-train across multiple service queues, including collections, retention, sales coordination, billing adjustments, and advanced technical support.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Your shifts will be structured to ensure full coverage and adequate break time while keeping you engaged and supported throughout the day. A typical day might include:

  • Opening your secure remote workspace — logging into arenaflex's proprietary CRM, contact center platform, and sales enablement tools.
  • Taking inbound customer contacts — answering questions about bills, rate plans, device features, service availability, and promotions.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues — using multiple internal systems to troubleshoot internet, voice, and data service concerns, and escalating to Tier 3 support when necessary.
  • Identifying sales opportunities — recommending plan upgrades, accessory purchases, bundle options, and new product launches that align with the customer's usage patterns.
  • Documenting every interaction — maintaining accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up commitments.
  • Participating in coaching and development sessions — reviewing performance dashboards, practicing new sales techniques, and staying current on product knowledge.
  • Collaborating virtually — engaging with team leads, peer consultants, and support specialists through chat, video, and digital collaboration tools.

  • Starting hourly wage: $16.40/hour and up, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Previous call center, customer service, retail sales, or inbound sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Comfort using multiple computer systems, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools simultaneously.

Work From Home Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need:

  • Residency in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin.
  • Verified high-speed internet service that is secure, reliable, and dedicated to supporting business operations.
  • A dedicated home workspace including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Compliance with arenaflex's WFH standards covering technical security, physical setup, noise levels, and a Clean Desk policy.
  • Participation in periodic workspace audits such as remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, photos of your setup, and video chats.
  • Availability and accountability during established work schedules, including adherence to technical support processes, security and compliance standards, performance management routines, and automated remote monitoring policies.
