Remote Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Arizona

  • Base pay $86,000 - $113,500. Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
  • Caseload 7-8 children per BCBA, designed for depth and quality of care
  • Remote This is a completely remote BCBA role. The candidate must be currently licensed in Arizona.
  • Support and training Deep onboarding and ongoing training in our ESDM-based care model, with close clinical leadership support

  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB
  • BCBA license in AZ is required to support any of our Phoenix metro area locations
  • At least 5 years of BCBA experience, with a strong preference for previous experience as a remote BCBA
  • Recommended Experience with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Ability to work Arizona time (Mountain Standard Time)
