About the Role

We are actively recruiting TikTok LIVE Streamers, Entertainment Hosts, and Talent Agents who are passionate about livestreaming, love TikTok, enjoy communicating with people, and want to improve their livestreaming skills and earning potential. Whether you already have livestreaming experience or are just starting out, we welcome creators who are energetic, creative, consistent, and open to professional coaching. We believe that, with the guidance of our outstanding team, you can grow into a TikTok LIVE pro and build strong monthly earnings through consistent performance. Important Compensation Notice This opportunity does not provide hourly pay or a fixed monthly salary. Creator earnings are performance-based and depend on livestreaming consistency, content quality, audience engagement, and TikTok LIVE performance. With WOL’s professional guidance, training, and management support, mature streamers in our agency may earn approximately $5,000-$20,000 per month. Earnings vary by individual performance and are not guaranteed. Agent compensation is commission-based and may include creator recruitment incentives, ongoing revenue-sharing opportunities from managed creators, and performance-based bonuses. Compensation may vary depending on the number of valid creators recruited, creator livestreaming quality, creator retention, creator loyalty to the WOL network, and the revenue generated by the creators under the Agent’s management. Specific commission details and incentive structures will be discussed during the interview process. We also welcome our streamers to take on an Agent role and grow by recruiting and supporting other creators within the WOL network. Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about TikTok and livestreaming
• Interested in improving livestream performance and income potential
• Comfortable engaging with audiences live
• Talented in entertainment, music, dancing, chatting, gaming, beauty, lifestyle, or other creative content
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Motivated to grow as a creator
• Agents or recruiters who can introduce talented creators to join our agency

Streamer Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to livestream on TikTok LIVE in the United States with a compliant U.S.-based account and network environment
• Must join the WOL TikTok Creator Network
• Recommended livestreaming schedule: 15-40 hours per week
• Attend 2-3 online livestream training sessions per week
• Be open to one-on-one coaching via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Livestream consistently and follow TikTok platform guidelines

Referral & Agent Growth Opportunities We welcome streamers to introduce friends, family members, creators, or talented people around them to join WOL. Referral incentives and Agent growth opportunities may be available for successful creator introductions. Qualified participants may earn recruitment-based incentives and ongoing commission opportunities based on the performance and revenue contribution of the creators they recruit and support.
