As a Customer Care Agent, youll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email with the opportunity to create raving fans for Lighting New York every single day. Available schedules are flexible between 3pm - Midnight Eastern Time as well as weekend shifts 9am - Midnight Eastern Time. Positions start at $16.00/hr with a $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period + Quarterly Bonus.
