JOB DESCRIPTION NEED A TECHNICAL BSA STRONG API EXP TROUBLE SHOOTING Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basis - Manage incident reporting in ServiceNow tool - Track Train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries - Engage different vendors based on the issue reported by the stations - Follow up with stations regarding PIDS issues - Track and follow up with vendors and Client teams until completion/closure of the incidents - Participate in PIDS 2.0 Project initiation meetings - Help team in gathering requirements for the PIDS 2.0 project - Work with internal Client teams through service/technical requests This offer from "Georgia IT, Inc." has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
