Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Preparation: Collect, organize, and verify all required paperwork for Medicare audit submissions, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines.
  • Audit Submission & Follow‑Up: Submit audits to various Medicare contractors and diligently track each case through all levels of appeal until resolution is achieved.

  • Accounts Receivable Adjustments: Adjust A/R entries in accordance with Medicare policy, maintaining accurate financial records.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Health‑Care Management, or related field preferred.
