Why This Role Matters

The Remote Customer Service Consultant position is the vital bridge between our digital storefront and the physical showroom. You will guide prospective buyers through every step of their journey—from the first inquiry to financing, delivery, and beyond—ensuring that each interaction reflects arenaflex’s core values of integrity, clarity, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Engage with inbound customers via phone, chat, and email to uncover their vehicle preferences, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s extensive inventory to recommend vehicles that align with each customer’s unique criteria, highlighting features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Facilitate the end‑to‑end sales process, including online appraisals, finance applications, trade‑in evaluations, and scheduling of vehicle delivery or in‑store appointments.
  • Ensure a frictionless transition from digital interaction to physical purchase, coordinating with showroom teams to guarantee a consistent, high‑quality experience.
  • Mentor and coach peers as you develop expertise, sharing best practices and contributing to a culture of collaborative success.
  • Achieve performance targets while maintaining arenaflex’s reputation for outstanding customer service, balancing sales goals with genuine relationship building.
  • Obtain the required Automotive Sales Person License in applicable states, completing any necessary testing or in‑person steps to remain compliant.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service environments, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
  • Exceptional listening skills and a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.
  • High level of self‑motivation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
  • Comfort with technology—quickly mastering new CRM platforms, virtual communication tools, and online inventory systems.
  • Flexible availability for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional schedule adjustments (up to two changes per year).
  • Residency within a 60‑mile radius (approximately one hour) of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Raleigh, NC.

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related licensing background.
  • Familiarity with finance and insurance (F&I) processes, including loan applications and credit checks.
  • Demonstrated success in remote or virtual sales environments.
