The Remote Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant position is the backbone of our accounting and sales operations. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Enter sales orders, invoices, and payment information into the ERP and CRM systems with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring contact details, purchase histories, and communication logs are current.
  • Process incoming mail, scan and archive documents, and manage electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare and deposit daily cash receipts, reconcile bank statements, and assist the accounting team with month‑end close activities.
  • Track and follow up on leads generated by the sales team, updating status and scheduling follow‑up actions as needed.
  • Generate routine reports for management, highlighting key metrics such as sales volume, outstanding invoices, and data entry error rates.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including accounting, sales, and customer service—to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation or improvement and propose solutions to senior leadership.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing virtual office resources.
