Position Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Customer Service Specialist who is enthusiastic about delivering world‑class support to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and fostering long‑term relationships that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Maintain precise account records, including setup, updates, and closure, while adhering to data‑privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications
