Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be the critical link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that IDMWORKS’ Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions meet precise client needs. You will facilitate the entire requirements gathering process from initial stakeholder interviews to the creation of detailed process workflows and test plans. This role requires a meticulous communicator who can translate complex data into actionable business requirements while ensuring all documentation remains professional, consistent, and audit ready. Position Responsibilities: Assess the current state of IAM environments and systems by facilitating and participating in interviews with key stakeholders and document review. Facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements and conduct business process analysis. Plan, coordinate, and conduct the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements and the preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information. Review and analyze client and system data to evaluate the strength and usefulness of the data and aid in the design/implementation of IAM systems. Draft and review use case, process workflows, analysis reports, requirements documents, and other documentation. Work with IAM architects and engineers to assist with creation of design documentation. Develop test plans and test cases for IAM solutions. Perform document reviews for compliance with standardized templates as well as checking for spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency. Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks. Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team setting and multi-task environment. Author technical documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience: Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, Enterprise Directories. Knowledge of the nine project management knowledge areas: Cost Management, Time/Schedule Management, Scope Management, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, Integration Management, Procurement Management, Communications Management, Quality Management. 2+ years of experience in supporting IT, preferably in operations or business analysis. 2+ years of experience in information technology in an area related to customer service, customer liaison, customer relationship management or vendor management. 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation. 2+ years of experience with IAM administration/implementation experience. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or an IT-related field or equivalent experience Physical Requirements: Ability to continually sit at a desk in front of a computer Ability to continually sit in a meeting Ability to frequently travel commercially by airplane or car Ability to frequently travel to an office building/client location Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. as part of travel or normal office work Required to be able to use a keyboard/mouse Required to communicate via telephone and/or video teleconference \n \n IDMWORKS is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing top-tier identity and access management solutions.
