About the role Highly organized and proactive Executive Support Professional with experience partnering with leadership teams to coordinate operations, manage complex administrative functions, and ensure seamless day-to-day execution. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, streamline processes, coordinate cross-functional communication, and maintain accurate records in fast-paced environments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong track record of managing logistics, tracking critical data, supporting off-site leadership, and improving operational efficiency. Recognized for exceptional attention to detail, customer-focused service, and the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results with professionalism and accuracy. What you'll do Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and administrative activities to support efficient daily operations and ensure alignment across departments. Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and communication between team members and leadership, facilitating timely collaboration and follow-through on priorities. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely assistance, directing requests appropriately, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials up to 20 pounds as needed.
