Your Role As Senior Product Manager, Clinical Workflow Solutions at Clarius, you will shape the future of ultrasound by developing simple, high-impact clinical workflows and evidence-based solutions. Working closely with the CTO, R&D, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams, you'll identify unmet clinical needs, define product requirements, and generate the clinical evidence needed to support adoption and market success. A major initial focus will be developing guided, point-of-care workflows that enable clinicians with minimal ultrasound training to answer specific clinical questions quickly and confidently, across areas such as lung, venous thrombosis, abdominal assessment, body composition, and bone health. Your Responsibilities Include: Lead Voice of Customer initiatives through customer interviews, workflow observations, and site visits to identify unmet clinical needs, workflow challenges, and emerging market opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, healthcare organizations, researchers, and key opinion leaders Translate customer insights into product requirements, user stories, workflow designs, and prioritized use cases, acting as the customer advocate throughout the product development lifecycle Partner with R&D, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to develop innovative workflow and AI-enabled solutions, defining acceptance criteria and workflow specifications that align customer needs with technical capabilities Identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow optimization, automation, and clinical decision support, and define clinical use cases, validation frameworks, and success metrics Lead the planning and execution of clinical validation studies, including study design, data collection methodologies, and analysis of outcomes Partner with healthcare institutions, research sites, and KOLs to execute pragmatic validation programs and generate evidence supporting clinical utility and adoption Identify opportunities to publish findings through peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and case studies Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure clinical workflows, use cases, and supporting evidence are incorporated into product launches and go-to-market strategies Support sales enablement by helping commercial teams effectively communicate clinical value, workflow benefits, and evidence-based outcomes Your Experience So Far: 3+ years in product management, clinical product development, or a closely related role in healthcare, medical devices, or digital health Strong understanding of clinical workflows in primary care, MSK, emergency, or similar point-of-care settings, through direct experience or close collaboration with clinicians Demonstrated ability to gather customer insights and synthesize them into clear product direction Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical, clinical, and commercial teams Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities Clinical training or credentials (medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or related field) preferred Hands-on experience with ultrasound or imaging workflows in POCUS, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, or MSK settings preferred Experience designing and executing clinical validation studies, pilot programs, or evidence generation initiatives preferred Experience working with teams building AI, clinical decision support, or digital health solutions an asset Experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, or clinical research programs an asset Location and Compensation: This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across Canada and the USA. Salary range therefore varies by location & currency will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Approximately 20% travel expectation.
