Overview

We are seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to become part of our growing remote team as Travel Solutions Advisors. In this role, you'll assist clients with exploring travel possibilities, comparing available options, and coordinating trip details that align with their preferences and goals. You'll serve as a helpful resource throughout the planning process, helping travelers make informed decisions while building valuable experience in a dynamic industry. No previous travel experience is required. We provide training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with evaluating vacation opportunities and travel services Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activity options Help coordinate reservations through approved supplier and booking platforms Present travel solutions that align with client interests, schedules, and budgets Answer travel-related questions and provide planning assistance Review reservation details and travel information for accuracy Maintain organized client records and trip documentation Stay informed on supplier programs, special offers, and destination updates Participate in virtual training sessions and team collaboration activities Preferred Skills Strong communication and customer support abilities An organized and detail-oriented work style Confidence using online systems and web-based applications The ability to manage multiple requests efficiently A positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-discipline when working independently Reliable internet service and basic computer skills Interest in travel, hospitality, sales support, or client services
