[Remote] Field Sales Manager

They are seeking a Field Sales Program Manager to help launch and grow in new markets by recruiting and overseeing field sales contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets across the country
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Conduct background checks and team trainings
  • Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials
  • Continuously refine processes, SOP’s, and team workflows to optimize Empower’s Field Sales Program

Skills

  • 3+ years of sales recruiting experience
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
  • Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem-solver with an exceptional work ethic and a desire to be part of a team disrupting the status quo
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • In-person sales experience
  • Degree in human resources or organizational management
