Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media operations with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Maintain and organize the social media campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with B2B marketing initiatives
- Create and publish engaging, on-brand content tailored to a professional B2B audience
- Ensure a balanced, strategic mix of content aligned to campaign and business goals
- Prioritize and manage incoming social media posting requests
- Evaluate and determine optimal timing for content publishing, particularly for LinkedIn engagement
- Apply B2B social media and digital marketing best practices consistently
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B social media management and content creation
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, including content strategy, posting, and engagement best practices
- Experience supporting B2B or technology-focused audiences
- Ability to manage multiple requests and effectively prioritize tasks
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
