Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Remote Event Planner to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a Remote Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various virtual and in-person events across the USA. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to promote the event.
• Handle event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and on-site operations.
• Oversee the event’s success, address any issues that arise, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on the progress and managing expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate event timelines.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
