They are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their global team, focusing on improving automation, optimizing production environments, and empowering development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a DevOps mindset: Identify friction points and implement scalable automation to improve reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience
  • Operate and optimize production environments: Use infrastructure as code and modern observability tools to ensure performance and reliability
  • Empower development teams: Build intuitive internal tools and foster a culture of self-service within R&D
  • Lead deployments end-to-end: From architecture to implementation, manage deployments across multiple regions and environments
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with an Israel-based DevOps team, maintaining strong communication and ownership despite time zone differences

Skills

  • 4+ years as a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with production workloads on GCP or AWS
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
  • Deep familiarity with systems like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts
  • Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, or similar tools
  • Skills in Bash, Python, or Go
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics
  • Comfortable working autonomously, managing priorities, and adjusting to evolving collaboration patterns across time zones
  • Collaborative, curious, and technically driven - able to contribute meaningfully to a distributed, high-performing team
