[Remote] Interim Marketing Assistant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Beech Valley Solutions is seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Assistant to support a growing valuation services practice. The role focuses on driving relationship-building and business development efforts by identifying target contacts, developing outreach campaigns, and coordinating networking opportunities with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of attorneys, CFOs, private equity professionals, and other referral sources
  • Develop and manage outreach campaigns designed to generate networking meetings and relationship-building opportunities
  • Coordinate and schedule networking coffees, lunches, virtual meetings, and other business development activities
  • Work closely with practice leadership to prioritize target markets, industries, and referral sources
  • Track outreach efforts, meeting activity, and pipeline progress
  • Maintain and organize contact databases and business development records
  • Assist with messaging, email templates, and campaign materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve business development processes and outreach effectiveness

Skills

  • Experience in practice management, business development, marketing, or client development within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated success supporting relationship-based sales or networking initiatives
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and contact management tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Experience supporting valuation, transaction advisory, accounting, consulting, or financial services practices
  • Familiarity with attorney, CFO, private equity, and other professional referral networks
  • Experience developing email marketing or targeted outreach campaigns
  • Knowledge of business development metrics and reporting
