[Remote] Account Executive, Enterprise

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage high-impact sales cycles, secure new enterprise customers, and contribute to the company's growth by establishing long-term relationships with strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads while actively prospecting into a defined set of named enterprise accounts
  • Focus on net-new sales, landing the first contract within key accounts through thoughtful discovery and value-driven conversations
  • Run multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from first meeting to close, typically within a 3–4 month window and $50K–$100K ACV range
  • Deliver tailored product demos, executive presentations, and proof-of-concepts that clearly tie Scribe’s Workflow AI platform to customer outcomes
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma to manage pipeline, improve forecast accuracy, and share insights with GTM leadership
  • Contribute to evolving our sales motion by identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where we can raise the bar

Skills

  • Experience leading net-new, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the enterprise
  • Ability to turn cold accounts into happy customers
  • Structured approach to selling with experience using methodologies like MEDDPIC or SPICED
  • Ability to balance inbound velocity with outbound precision
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Value clarity, responsiveness, and rigor in managing pipeline and forecasting
  • Curiosity about how things work and ability to help customers connect problems and solutions
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset
  • Desire to be a great teammate while raising the bar for the team
