[Remote] Digital Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support, collaborate with teams, manage projects, and optimize campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide marketing support for Digital Marketing Managers
- Work collaboratively with copywriting team and designers to fulfill requirements of incoming Marketing Work Orders
- Planning, tracking, and facilitating the completion of projects, campaigns, and initiatives
- Provide campaign reporting and optimizations for campaigns
- Testing and proofreading all assets—such as emails, landing pages, social media posts, and more
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Foundational understanding of marketing metrics and terminology (e.g., KPIs, click-through rate, reach, ROAS)
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365), including Excel
- Comfortable working across both PC and Mac environments
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or communications support role
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and campaign execution
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking within an industry
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and research tools
- Knowledge of government education funding programs (e.g., WIOA)
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
