  • Responsibilities
  • The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating ETQ's Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
  • Handle multiple Scrum teams with team members distributed across time zones.
  • Guide and coach the team on agile Scrum principles and practices, ensuring that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
  • Coach Scrum teams on effective communication, having a cross-functional skill set, and self-organization.
  • Promote continuous improvement and Scrum maturity through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Facilitate effective cross-team collaboration and communication.
  • Promote transparency around progress, status, and events.
  • Identify and troubleshoot blockers or conflicts that impact the team's progress.
  • Track metrics/KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality product on time.
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Education / Qualifications
  • B.S. Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience using Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and analysis to TDD, design, development, deployment, release, and support.
  • Ability to handle multiple Scrum teams simultaneously and effectively on complex platform development.
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS based systems.
  • Familiarity with using version control tools and CI tools.
