Senior Mobile Developer – React Native, Expo
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, performant mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native and Expo.
- Collaborate directly with the client’s non-technical leadership to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work on occasional web platform features using ReactJS and Typescript, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of APIs built in Typescript, working closely with back-end teams to support mobile and web integrations.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
- Implement best practices for security, usability, and code maintainability in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Provide technical guidance on UI/UX considerations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across the mobile and web applications.
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to ensure code quality.
- Support the delivery of the project by adapting to evolving priorities and collaborating within a small, autonomous team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
- Experience with modern SaaS distributed architectures on public cloud.
- Ability to build high-performance, delightful user interfaces
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React), state management, design systems, and frontend security standards
- Senior-level proficiency with our core stack: React Native, Expo, ReactJS, TypeScript
- Knowledge of information security and defensive programming.
