We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator, Business Transformation to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The impact you'll have: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Support the Transformation Manager and team with administrative tasks and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in project management principles. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Smartsheet for project management, reporting, and dashboards is a plus. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus. Travel: Apply To This Job
