About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, verifying, and maintaining a wide range of business-critical data across multiple internal systems and databases. You will collaborate closely with our operations and finance teams to ensure that project records, invoice details, vendor information, and other business transactions are captured with precision and consistency. This role is fully remote and open exclusively to candidates located within the United States who are legally authorized to work in the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various company systems, databases, and project management platforms used across arenaflex operations.
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data entries by cross-referencing source documents and collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Review existing records for errors, discrepancies, or outdated information, and take corrective action promptly to preserve data integrity.
  • Organize, categorize, and maintain data in a structured, easily accessible format that supports efficient retrieval and reporting by team members across the organization.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and project management teams to ensure that all data inputs align with internal standards and business requirements.

  • Strictly adhere to confidentiality guidelines and data protection standards when handling sensitive financial, employee, or client information.

  • Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as requested by supervisors or cross-functional stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, accounting, or information management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a data entry, administrative, or back-office support role, ideally within a construction, operations, finance, or project-based environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets, and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
