Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to join our remote Customer Service team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound phone calls, emails, and live‑chat messages. You will represent arenaflex with professionalism, resolve issues efficiently, and create memorable experiences that turn first‑time callers into loyal advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, email inquiries, and live‑chat messages from customers across the United States.
  • Provide courteous, accurate, and timely responses that reflect arenaflex’s brand voice.
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate complex or high‑risk issues to senior management while maintaining clear documentation.
  • Follow up on unresolved cases, ensuring every customer receives a satisfactory resolution.
  • Record detailed interaction notes in the CRM system with precision and consistency.
  • Build rapport quickly, using an upbeat tone and active listening to understand each customer’s unique needs.
  • Offer proactive solutions rather than excuses, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and service techniques through ongoing training and peer collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate computer systems efficiently – typing speed of 30+ WPM, comfortable with copy/paste, multi‑tab browsing, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a headset that meets professional standards.
