Responsibilities 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications, especially in Finance, Order Management (OM), Procurement, and Subscription Management. Proven track record of executing projects integrated with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce (SFDC). Solid understanding of end to end Q2C, S2P processes with understanding of third party Tax integrations is highly desirable. Strong understanding of business flows to apply AI/ML use cases in ERP, such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, anomaly detection, and NLP-based insights. Experience in designing or implementing AI-driven solutions using platforms like Oracle AI Services, and other AI services like Azure AI, or Google Cloud AI integrated with ERP systems will be good to have. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other iPaaS platforms for integrating Oracle SaaS with third-party applications. Skilled in data ingestion and transformation using FBDI, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Business Events. Proficient in Oracle Cloud Security, Analytics (OTBI, BICC), and SQL optimization. Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, Redwood UX, and developing custom extensions for Oracle Fusion Cloud. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Oracle Management Cloud (OMC). Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex ERP and AI projects in a global delivery model. Strong communication skills with experience in delivering enablement training and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in computer science or related field 10+ years of experience in development, implementation, and Architecture in Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Apps. Deep Functional (Finance and OM) expertise coupled with good technical appreciation and strong “hands-on” experience with solution architectures, design, rollout, and implementation. Knowledge of Revenue and accounting flows experience with practical knowledge is a plus. Strong solution design skills with experience in writing and reviewing functional / technical specifications Deliver solution related guidance to individual customers, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships. Publish best practice material including whitepapers, how-to’s, best-in-class case studies of solutions and product usage by customers Methodical, thoughtful approach to problem solving High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and independent. Experience in Offshore Onsite model to deliver project capabilities and ability to work and cope up with Global IT organization needs.
